工作過程：高效臥螺離心機將分離過程的不同階段優化組合在一個有限的空間內完成。
混合與加速均布階段：物料與絮凝劑或聚凝劑在特殊設計的進料室內混合并得到加速，確保物料以均勻的*狀態進入分離區。
澄清階段：在離心力的作用下，固相顆粒在轉鼓的直線段快速分離并沉降 ，分離的上清液通過設在轉鼓尾端的堰口排出。
壓縮階段：螺旋輸送器將沉降固體推送至卸料端，固體顆粒在離心力的作用下得到進一步壓縮 ，并釋放出孔隙水。
雙向擠壓段：在轉鼓的圓錐段，螺旋輸送器經過適當的設計，沿軸向方向產生雙向擠壓力。配合離心機的壓縮作用，進一步將物料的毛細水擠出。
控制轉鼓內固體總量：當進入離心機的物料量和物料性質發生變化時，為始終保持*的脫水效果，連續控制高干度離心機轉鼓內的固體總量。這種控制通過螺旋輸送器的驅動系統來完成。
