3.液壓成套系統(tǒng)用油及工作前提
*采用46號、68號液壓油。zui相宜的油溫為30-60℃當油溫低于1℃或大于65℃時禁止開機，為調(diào)節(jié)油溫可事先采用加熱器或冷卻器。液壓傳動zui忌油液變臟變質(zhì)，否則塵埃糊粘在吸油濾油器上，噪音加劇，泵壽命降低，故要常常保待油液潔凈，應(yīng)三個月清洗油網(wǎng)一次。
4.油泵電機的啟動
液壓站的油泵電機啟動與其它機械一樣，要求空載（卸荷）啟動，等短暫動行后，再行加載工作，一般情況下，工作過程中不宜頻繁啟、閉電機。
在低溫啟動時，要調(diào)整溢流閥到1/2的額定壓力，再反復(fù)點動電機，使溢流閥全溢流，以給液壓加溫，待溫度升高至20。液壓油一般為12個月應(yīng)更換一次，并清洗油箱，去除污垢塵埃。
