       雙偏心雙向密封系列蝶閥是我公司應(yīng)廣大用戶要求，精心研究設(shè)計(jì)的新一代產(chǎn)品。該系列蝶閥引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外*制造技術(shù)，以*新穎的結(jié)構(gòu)，獲得高品質(zhì)的性能。該閥結(jié)構(gòu)合理，密封性能可靠、流阻小、壓差低、驅(qū)動(dòng)靈活省力，使用壽命倍增。符合GB12238-89《法蘭和對(duì)夾連接蝶閥》和JB/T8527-1997《金屬密封蝶閥》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并參照美國(guó)ANSI/AWWAC504標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采用美國(guó)CAD輔助軟件設(shè)計(jì)。雙偏心，即軸向偏心，閥軸中心線不在閥板密封面上；徑向偏心：閥軸的中心不在閥門通道的中心上，閥板采用雙平板桁架式多流道結(jié)構(gòu)，在流速較高時(shí)，各流道水流能夠互相制衡，避免閥板出現(xiàn)顫抖現(xiàn)象，確保閥門穩(wěn)定性。特殊的設(shè)計(jì)，特殊的幾何結(jié)構(gòu)，使閥門具有越關(guān)越緊得功能，當(dāng)打開閥門時(shí)，只要閥軸稍微旋轉(zhuǎn)，閥板即全部脫離閥座，減少了摩擦力，是開啟力矩呈現(xiàn)zui小*狀態(tài)，密封嚴(yán)實(shí)可靠，經(jīng)久耐用，廣泛的用于水利功能、自來(lái)水、電力循環(huán)水、石油、石化等工業(yè)管道上作截?cái)嘟橘|(zhì)流動(dòng)。

       特點(diǎn) Features：

1、    蝶閥為雙向承壓，雙向金屬密封，特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)形式可任意調(diào)整密封比壓，采用偏心S形錐形閥座密封面，使密封面不易損壞，提高閥門的使用壽命。

2、    操作扭轉(zhuǎn)力矩小，轉(zhuǎn)90度啟閉，輕便迅速。

3、    流阻小，具有良好的水利特性，流量特性近試傾斜直線，節(jié)能效果好，雙向密封對(duì)水流無(wú)要求。
