YFT型液壓閥門測試臺
技術性能與特點：
1. 適用于對法蘭連接形式的閥門進行強度、密封和上密封性能的試驗。
2. 采用夾爪抱壓法蘭方式壓緊，對被試驗閥門無外力影響，因此符合GB/T13927-92，JB/T 9092-99及API 598所規定的要求。
3. 右側翻轉盤可進行90度翻轉，便于對閥門進行氣密封檢測。
4. 試驗介質可由水、氣或者煤油，由客戶自選。
5. YFT系列已配置高、低壓水泵及供壓系統，可直接進行水壓試驗。如采用氣為介質則氣泵需用戶自配。
6. 試驗臺用水及油等試驗介質可循環使用。
7. 設有液壓自動卸荷系統，使用時，高壓狀態與卸荷狀態自動切換，有效降低了油溫，延長設備使用壽命。（如使用環境溫度過高，用戶可選擇配置液壓油冷卻系統。）
Technical performance and feature:
1. YFT series hydraulic valve test bench suitable for flange valves’ shell test, sealing test and back seal test.
2. Using clamp to hold the flange, so there is no external force effects on the test valve. It’s accord with the requirements of GB/T 13927-92, JB/T 9092-99 and API 598.
3. Right workbench can turn over 90 degrees, for the convenience of carrying valve and seal test.
4. Test medium can be choosing by user, water, air or kerosene.
5. YFT series has low and high pressure water pump, so you can have the water test directness. If you want to use air test, the air pump need to be set by yourself.
6. The water and hydraulic oil used by the test bench are circulation.
7. The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be charged by itself. So it can reduce the oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench. If the temperature of environment is too high, user can choose the system for reducing hydraulic oil’s temperature. We also offer it.
